A quote on education

Too late for the contest but too good not to share.

"An education isn't how much you have commited to memory, or even how much you know. It's being able to differentiate between what you do know and what you don't. It's knowing where to go to find out what you need to know; and it's knowing how to use the information you get."

~William Feather

This is my favorite-

Like art, quotes have different effect on us depending on what state of mind we are in at the moment. This quote speaks to me today about my crafty projects. I know so much about beading and want to PLAY with what I know...but for the time being (in the past month), my creativity is blocked. I haven't been able to apply my knowledge. It keeps me humble. Great quote.
