Bob the cat

This is Bob, he has adopted us. He started hanging around about 2 weeks ago. The kids started to play with him and give him milk or something to eat. He kept coming back everyday and now he is here most of the time.
 I was at Petsmart buying dog food and bought cat food and a dish for him.

I think he is here to stay until he finds a better gig.

I am allergic to cats and the kids have always wanted one. I used to say we could have one if it stayed outside, and he just happened to find us.

Giant Leopard Moth

One of our caterpillars was a giant leopard
Cassie named him Giant. She really liked him, she would play with him a lot.

Just today I was looking at the cocoons and thinking they must all be dead because it's been several weeks now.

Just a few minutes ago we saw this.

Giant is now a moth.

New Pet

They went fishing and brought home a turtle. This is Delila, she is a red-eared slider

We kept her in a plastic bowl for 2 days and our friends gave us an aquarium that they didn't need.

She is now in her own 20 gallon tank and she loves it. Cassie just asked if they can go back to the lake and get another one so she won't be lonely.

This is our other aquarium, it has been housing the cocoons for a few weeks now.

I posted the caterpillars last month.

Who knows maybe someday we'll actually use them for fish. This one used to have fish in it, it is a 55 gallon tank.

This time...

Is much different then previous hacks. He hacks the delegate counting! He makes it so they count the delegates wrong. And makes it so anyone that would count it disappear! Interesting isn't it? Now, he must make it so no one messes up America! This story continues, more hacks coming up.

There is a floor!

I vacuumed and mopped today, as you can see Cocoa is happy. After I let her in, they were out all day, she is a spoiled little house dog.

New Cavy Friends

Makes for happy kids :)

Those of you who read here know that our guinea pig died 2 months ago. We have been looking and looking for another, they aren't that easy to come by.

Cassie misses Caramel and talks about her often, these are not to replace her but just to have another pet to love.

The big one is Boomer and the little one is Petey.

Kid intuition

Cassie came to me last night while I was in the tub and asked me if I ever saw stuff when I closed my eyes. I asked her what she meant, like a dream or a picture or a scene? She said she closed her eyes and saw herself running out of her room crying because Caramel (our guinea pig) died.

I told her to go pet Caramel, she hasn't been acting right for a couple weeks now and she didn't eat last night.

Well Caramel died in her sleep and so everyone is a little sad right now. We got her in December and we didn't know how old she was. I believe she was just old and it was her time to go, Jason is going to bury her in a bit.

Cassie knew that she was going to die, she sensed it.
